You can contact MYNRS to request deletion of eligible personal information associated with your account.
1How to request deletion

- 3.Provide the MYNRS account email associated with your account.
- 4.Describe the information or account you want deleted.
Security Note: Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
2What happens next?
MYNRS will review your request and may contact you to verify account ownership.
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including certain payment, security, or accounting records.
Deleting your account may remove access to Singularity and associated services.
Important
The published deletion process must match the actual backend implementation.
If automated deletion is not yet available, requests must be routed to a monitored support channel.
