Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MYNRS for your SaaS and productivity software needs. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our digital products and services. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Subscription Cancellation Process
You can cancel your software subscription or premium membership at any time. To cancel, please log in to your MYNRS account and navigate to the billing or subscription management section, or contact us at support@mynrs.in.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to the platform and services until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a limited refund window for our services:
- Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase, depending on the specific service or tool purchased.
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@mynrs.in with your order details and the reason for the request.
- Refund requests outside of the 7-day window will not be considered.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund process will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
4. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking) used during the purchase. We do not offer cash refunds or alternative refund methods.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- Requests made after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Recurring subscription renewals (unless cancelled before the renewal date).
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases, where stated as non-refundable.
- If we determine that you have violated our Terms and Conditions or abused our platform.
6. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and dispute the chargeback, providing evidence of your purchase and access to our services.
