The information available depends entirely on what Google Maps displays and what the extension can access.
Website information
When you use website analysis features, Singularity may process publicly accessible website content and technical signals (such as SSL status, responsive meta tags, tech stack signatures, and lead forms) necessary to analyze a business's digital presence.
Lead and export information
Depending on your use of the product, information may include saved leads, analysis results, opportunity scores, and export-related metadata generated during CSV or XLSX creation.
Technical information
We may process non-identifying technical information (browser extension version, OS environment, rate-limit responses) necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Information is processed locally within your Chrome browser sandbox via chrome.storage.local. Extracted leads, temporary crawl buffers, and cached opportunity scores remain entirely on your local machine unless you explicitly connect a database or authenticate.
When authenticated with a MYNRS account, entitlement tokens and export quotas are coordinated through our MongoDB Atlas cloud cluster. For enterprise users with a Bring Your Own Database (BYO DB) configuration, extracted leads stream directly to your private MongoDB instance with zero lead data stored on MYNRS infrastructure.
4. Service Providers
MYNRS relies on trusted, industry-standard service providers strictly to operate Singularity:
- Cloud & Backend Hosting: Render and Vercel for API orchestration and secure web distribution.
- Database Services: MongoDB Atlas for encrypted user authentication credentials and quota states.
- Payment Processing: Razorpay for PCI-DSS compliant subscription and day pass payment processing. No raw card or bank credentials touch MYNRS servers.
5. Data Sharing
Information may be shared only with vetted infrastructure service providers necessary to provide, maintain, secure, or support Singularity, or where explicitly required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
6. Data Security
We apply comprehensive technical and organizational safeguards:
- End-to-end HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
- Cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 signature verification on all financial and quota webhooks.
- Isolated sandboxed browser execution ensuring client permissions are strictly scoped.
While we implement rigorous security controls, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% invulnerable.
7. Data Retention
Local lead records persist on your device until you manually clear them or uninstall the extension. Server-side account authentication and billing audit logs are retained only for as long as your account is active, or as required by applicable commercial accounting laws.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You have the right to inspect, update, or permanently delete personal information held by MYNRS.
