1. About Singularity

MYNRS Singularity is a business research and software opportunity analysis tool. It helps freelancers, developers, agencies, and consultants organize public business listings and identify potential software, automation, and digital service opportunities.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your MYNRS account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify MYNRS at support@mynrs.in if you suspect any unauthorized account access or security breach.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Singularity solely for lawful business research, software opportunity discovery, B2B pipeline qualification, and related professional activities.

5. Third-Party Services

Singularity operates within your browser and interacts with publicly accessible third-party websites and web applications (including Google Maps).

MYNRS does not own, operate, or control those third-party services, and does not claim any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Google, Google Maps, or Alphabet Inc. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your browsing activities comply with all applicable third-party terms of service.

6. Information Accuracy & No Commercial Guarantees

Business listings, telephone numbers, digital signals, tech stack detections, and SuperScores are algorithmic estimates based on publicly available data. Such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

7. Availability

We strive to provide maximum reliability and high availability. However, service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, or be updated to adapt to third-party web changes.

8. Accounts and Suspension

MYNRS reserves the right to restrict, throttle, or suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect platform security, investigate suspected abuse, prevent bot manipulation, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Where feasible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

9. Intellectual Property

MYNRS retains all right, title, and interest in its software code, proprietary scoring algorithms, brand identities, trademarks, and original documentation. You retain all rights in your independently curated research and client CRM workflows, subject to applicable third-party intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MYNRS and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, loss of business revenue, or data loss arising from reliance on algorithmic opportunity estimates, third-party site changes, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time as features expand. Continued use of Singularity following notification of revised terms signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
