Getting started
- 1Install MYNRS Singularity from the Chrome Web Store.
- 2Open the extension from your Chrome toolbar.
- 3Connect your MYNRS account if authentication is required.
- 4Open a supported Google Maps business listing.
- 5Use Singularity to extract and analyze available business information.
- 6Review your leads and export your research.
Business extraction
Singularity extracts supported business information from Google Maps listings.
The available information depends on what Google Maps displays and what the extension can access.
Website analysis
Singularity analyzes supported website signals to help identify possible digital improvement opportunities (e.g., missing SSL, absent online booking, unresponsiveness, or missing analytics).
Analysis results are estimates, not guarantees of business needs or purchasing intent.
Exporting
Singularity supports RFC-4180 CSV and OpenXML Excel (XLSX) exports with multi-worksheet opportunity analysis.
If an export fails:
- • Confirm that the extension is updated.
- • Try exporting a smaller dataset.
- • Check that Chrome allows downloads.
- • Reopen the extension and retry.
- • Contact support if the issue persists.
Account issues
If you cannot sign in:
- • Verify your MYNRS account credentials.
- • Check your internet connection.
- • Confirm that the MYNRS website is accessible.
- • Reconnect your account if your session has expired.
